From the Inner Circle

Day 2 AoH Karlskrona - harvested from circle conversations among 140 beautiful people.

Sacred Self

a centre

point of beauty in the middle

a circle

in a circle

rocksolid held

by the spokes

of the wheel that is

turning us all

I see you

we see us

looking up against

an enormous wall

support is needed

structure all around

inside out

outside in

breathing balance

that – the here and now

the perfect place

please trust

your very own self

we are all more than enough –

we are all more

more than we know

more than we see now

or grasp or ever grow into, this time

life is highly complex as it is

no need to know it all

even no need to think

to understand

just –

the ability to ask for help

to ask, yourself – some other

sacred form of life

in peace – in trust

that as we feel each –

other’s gaze

we realize the transitioning

into a new phase

In my experience, our ability to deal with complex challenges, create positive change in any area of life, and contribute to a sustainable impact in the world around us, requires an authentic kind of self-leadership that starts with getting clear where you’ve been, where you are now, what really matters to you, where you really want to go or get, and especially how you will be and grow as a person along the way.
