Temple Garden

AoH Karlskrona 2016 - design day 1

what are we learning?

what is the underlying call

and yearning?

what do we encounter

and hear?

what is under the surface

we fear?

were we here before?

will we be here again?

seeing where are we going

and sensing how

it all began

bells ringing in silence

hearts beating loud

the reminiscence of home, and

the arrival of our field

sharing our intentions on

process, harvest and yield

observing patterns

in the unknown

what is invited for and

calling for

the twinkle in our eyes?

what is the shared

sense of purpose

behind the many why’s?

the temple

opening a garden

full of fruits

happy like a pig in shit

welcome home and

let’s grow to

extend our roots

AoH Karlskrona 2016 - design day 2

what’s behind the frame

continues changing the game

designing

breathing

in

stillness and storm

out

we are in

learning

and make sure

it is fitting for the crowd

what’s the plan –

what will we do?

what is invited –

how to follow through?

which seeds are we

planting – and what

plants will grow

will growth bare fruit

on the branches of

our collective root

we’ve opened the ground

rang the bells again

for silence in sound

closing the matrix

we cycle

in flow

speak the unspoken

and hear how we will go

unfolding magic

on the bridge

from preparation

to execution

from design

to art

the bridge

that we face

together

to gather

the learning

and sense

the silent

silence before

the storm

starts burning

Thank you!

In my experience, our ability to deal with complex challenges, create positive change in any area of life, and contribute to a sustainable impact in the world around us, requires an authentic kind of self-leadership that starts with getting clear where you’ve been, where you are now, what really matters to you, where you really want to go or get, and especially how you will be and grow as a person along the way.
